2. When a Refund is Issued
We prioritize transparency. A full or partial refund (including payment system commissions) will be issued in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: If a technical error on our side prevents us from starting or completing your order.
- Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to add votes to your specific contest due to updated security measures we cannot bypass at that moment.
- Order Cancellation: If you request a cancellation before our team has started the delivery process.
To maintain the integrity of our high-quality residential networks, refunds cannot be issued in the following scenarios:
- Contest Results: We provide the "tools" for winning (the votes), but we cannot control the final decision of contest organizers. Disqualification or not winning is not a ground for a refund, as the service (vote delivery) was successfully performed.
- Post-Delivery Deletions: If contest organizers manually decrease or delete votes after we have successfully completed the delivery, we cannot offer a refund. However, in many cases, we offer a Free Refill (contact support for details).
- Incorrect Information: If the customer provides an incorrect link or the contest expires before we can complete the delivery.
